Jorge has 24 years of experience delivering legal services for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and transactional legal services under the highest standards, with a regional and global perspective, primarily in sectors such as energy, infrastructure, real estate, transportation, logistics, tourism, food, retail, pharmaceutical, education and electronics. He has extensive experience in financing, construction, operation and maintenance, various types of trusts, issuance of bonds under foreign operations, negotiation, and issuance of guarantees, as well as in public bids. Jorge also specializes in due diligence for the purchase and sale of entities and projects, preparing preliminary and final transactional documents, as well as accessories and guarantees, coordinating the execution and close of operations. He has a master's degree in International Commercial Law, and a certificate in International Business Development, as well as several diplomas and specialization courses awarded by institutions in Mexico and abroad, including environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.
