Federico has 30 years of experience delivering tax consulting and litigation services to national and international entities in several sectors, such as hospitality, consumer goods, construction, mining, financial services, pharmaceuticals, automotive, entertainment, industrial products and telecommunications. He also provides litigation services representing companies, consortia, and business groups. He has been a member of the Mexican Bar, Lawyers College (BMA) and the National Association of Business Lawyers (ANADE per its acronym in Spanish), where he has participated in conferences about tax reforms. Federico has published in specialized magazines, such as Puntos Finos, Abogado Corporativo, Defensa Fiscal and La Revista de la Barra Mexicana de Abogados, and has also participated in many interviews on commercial and specialized television. He has been lecturer at institutions such as Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM), La Salle, Tecnologico de Monterrey and Escuela Bancaria y Comercial. He was an independent Board member of the Taxpayer Defense Office (PRODECON per its acronym in Spanish) from 2017 to 2021 and has postgraduate studies in taxes and foreign trade.
