José Alberto has more than 20 years of experience as a tax attorney and focus his practice on consulting, tax examinations and refunds, tax controversy, alternative tax dispute resolution procedures as well as strategic defense against actions from the tax authorities.

His expertise allows him to have a broad understanding of tax matters making an efficient tax burden, reducing risks, and establishing a comprehensive and strategic course of action for an adequate administrative and legal defense.
