Marcela has 28 years of experience in labor consulting, social security, payroll taxes, and litigation for companies in industries such as manufacturing, transformation, insurance, commercial, and financial services. She has advised companies on employee compensation plans, international mobility, employment, occupational hazards, occupational hazard assessment, social security, and payroll taxes, as well as in corporate restructuring processes, including support in the assessment, diagnosis, and implementation in personnel mobility. She also specializes in handling labor inspection procedures, administrative litigation, social security litigation, and local payroll taxes.
