He has dedicated his practice in providing legal and business advise for different kinds of projects, corporate restructuring, transactions, mergers, acquisitions, foreign investment, project finance and infrastructure, focusing mainly on real estate transactions, whether industrial, residential, commercial, or touristic, as well as matters related to supply chain and the daily operation of companies in Mexico. Likewise, he has represented Mexican and foreign companies (Fortune 500) of different industries, including automotive, information technology and from the maquiladora sector.
