To accommodate our colleagues observing Ramadan, we offer flexible working hours and make an effort not to schedule client entertainment or team social events during fasting hours or on significant religious holidays. To further support our commitment to diversity, KECO provides diversity training for employees to reinforce the importance of inclusion in the workplace. Additionally, although not required by law, our Firm has implemented a Period Leave Policy, allowing female employees to take up to two additional leave days per month or opt for remote work when needed.
