Özkan Özdoğan graduated from Galatasaray University Law Faculty, one of most prestigious law schools in Türkiye, and admitted to Istanbul Bar in 2013. After working for about six years at a multinational law firm based in Istanbul, Özkan acted as chief legal counsel of Banvit Bandırma Vitaminli Yem Sanayii A.Ş., a leading poultry public company in Türkiye for 1.5 years. Özkan is among the founding partners of our firm.

Özkan advises a wide range of local and foreign clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and banking and finance transactions. His experience includes, acquisitions of technology, food and e-commerce companies, IPOs of Türkiye’s leading textile, maritime and transportation companies and financing of local and international banks and financial institutions. Özkan also took a major role in the integration project following Banvit’s acquisition by an international poultry company, and experienced in-house counsel role and management of international corporate processes.

Özkan also worked at a multinational law firm based in London in 2015 and advised on several multinational transactions.
