Anders Reiremo
Anders Reiremo
Anders Reiremo established Homble Solheim together with Runar Homble and Trond Erik Solheim in 2023. The three of them have previously worked together at Homble Olsby for many years. Reiremo holds extensive experience in assisting management and boards of several large and medium-sized businesses on a strategic and operational level. Reiremo has worked as chief legal officer in the real estate company Fornebu Utvikling PLC, as group legal counsel in the media group Schibsted PLC, as partner at the consulting firm Albaran and as business lawyer in the international law firm Wikborg Rein & Co. Reiremo has his law degree from the University of Oslo. He is educated in Russian at the Armed Forces’ School of Intelligence and Security, and has experience as an international election observer for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe and the EU. Reiremo advises in most key areas of business law. In Homble Solheim he focuses on company law and corporate governance. Reiremo is a member of The Norwegian Bar Association.
Runar Homble
Runar Homble
Runar Homble is one of three founding partners at Homble Solheim. He handles the entire spectrum of employment law advice. Runar offers, among others, expertise in handling disputes involving redundancies, reorganisation of enterprises, terminations, and whistle-blowing. He also has extensive experience in various disciplines such as data protection law, company law, contract law, negotiations, and litigation. Runar has comprehensive experience in analysing complex issues and possesses the ability to explain his advice in a professional and understandable manner. He is sought-after in subject matters that require knowledge and understanding of the client’s business and culture combined with outstanding legal and people skills. His business mindset, strategic and legal expertise combined with a popular and humorous undertone makes him in great demand by top executives and high-ranking leaders who are in challenging and complex situations. Perhaps especially when they are need of a skilled sparring partner with a cold head, warm heart, and high execution ability. He frequently holds lectures in employment law and is a columnist in one of the leading newspapers in Norway. He has more than 20 years experience, and has been ranked in Chambers Europe since 2014 and in Legal 500 EMEA since 2016.
Synne Homble
Synne Homble
Synne Homble is an experienced business lawyer with a unique background combining law, business and leadership. She joined Homble Solheim as partner in 2024, after seven years in the top management of the transport group Vygruppen AS, and nine years in the top management of the global aquaculture group Cermaq Group AS. Before that she was a business lawyer in Wikborg Rein, specialising in company law, stock exchange regulations, M&A, and employment law. Synne Homble has a broad experience from board positions, and for the time being serves as Chair of the Board of Flåm Utvikling AS, Deputy Chair of the Board of Fjord Tours Group AS and member of Shareholders’ Committee of Bonheur ASA. Synne Homble advises on matters pertaining to corporate governance, law and leadership, company law, shareholder disputes and M&A, crisis management and company investigations, and other legal matters where her broad experience from business, leadership and strategy comes into play. Synne Homble is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association.
Trond Erik Solheim
Trond Erik Solheim
Trond Erik Solheim’s main areas of work are employment law, pension law and litigation. He has assisted many of Norway’s largest companies, pension funds and insurance companies in pension and employment law subject matters. Trond Erik also has experience from several major investigation assignments. He regularly assists both high-ranking and top executives and is sought-after in complex cases requiring extensive negotiation experience and a good understanding of a wide range of legal aspects. Trond Erik has comprehensive experience in pension law issues and has been appointed as an arbitrator in several pension disputes. He also often advises on disputes concerning the understanding of pension agreements. His experience includes pension law issues in the corporate and M&A contexts. It also includes assistance to the pension provider side where he has advised pension funds and insurance companies. Trond Erik has prepared statutes for pension funds and regulations for collective pension schemes. He has also prepared complex regulations for unfunded collective pension schemes and many individual unfunded collective pension schemes for managers. Trond Erik has more than 20 years experience, and has been ranked in Chambers Europe employment (including top ranked in pensions) and in Legal 500 EMEA for many years. In 2022 Trond Erik was ranked also in the prestigious elite group " Leading Individuals”.
