Alexandru Dragomir

As a Senior Associate, Alexandru is an experienced litigator who consolidated his theoretical and practical background in a wide range of dispute resolution matters that include first-of-a-kind court rulings. His practice area mainly focuses on franchising advisory and litigation. He consolidated his intellectual property practice by actively participating in litigation cases on trademark counterfeiting, designs and and the unauthorized use of know-how within the franchising sector.

Cristina-Iuliana Albu

Cristina, one of the associates of Lexters, is proficiently advising in all aspects of Intellectual Property matters, from filing and monitoring trademark applications, to assisting in the field of invention patents.

Irina is heading the intellectual property and franchising practice and she is the co-head of the mergers and acquisitions and data privacy practice at Lexters. Irina’s extensive experience in these fields has allowed her to represent a wide range of clients, from startups to corporations, in complex and high-stakes transactions. Her practice covers matters such as IT, IP, franchising, trademark and patent protection, commercial licensing of intellectual property, media, healthcare, consumer protection and regulatory issues. In franchise litigation, Irina (alongside Lexters team) obtained some landmark court decisions in the Romania - such as annulment of franchise agreements based on fraud (the franchisor had insufficient know how to operate the business), as well as securing injunctions to prevent franchisees from fraudulently using the know-how acquired during the course of the franchise agreement. She is a strategic advisor for companies for their most important litigations, including complex disputes related to franchising, trademark, patent, trade secret, unfair competition, shareholders disputes and other technology-related claims.

Simina Negulescu

With over a decade of experience in the legal field, Simina is a highly experienced partner with a strong focus on commercial and corporate matters and civil litigation. Simina provides comprehensive legal counseling to start-ups and large companies, particularly in the IT and fintech sectors. Her expertise includes helping companies select the best legal structure and framework for their business, from incorporation to cross-border expansion and group consolidation. Simina has extensive experience in performing legal audits and preparing for due diligence in financing rounds.

As one of the firm's partners, Tudor’s practice focuses on advising sponsors of private investment funds, including buyouts, energy and infrastructure, credit opportunities, venture capital, and funds of funds. He regularly advises companies and fund sponsors and investors in connection with complex mergers/acquisitions and secondary transactions, including fund restructurings and recapitalizations. Tudor’s experience includes acting for clients such as CD&R or HarbourVest Partners.
