In addition to his role as the partner of the firm, in 2020-2021, Agung was appointed by the Ministry of Cooperatives & Small and Medium Enterprises, Republic of Indonesia to be an expert legal advisor to SMESCO Indonesia, a business unit under the Ministry of Cooperatives & Small and Medium Enterprises, Republic of Indonesia. Agung was a Senior Associate at Makarim & Taira S. and Hogan Lovells DNFP, where he led various banking and finance as well as merger and acquisition transactions. Further, he was also assigned as an in-house legal counsel on a secondment basis to Bank of America Merrill Lynch back in 2013.

Jimmy Hutagalung obtained his law degree from the Faculty of Law, Trisakti University in 2008. He has extensive experience and exceptional legal knowledge in Corporate/Investment law, Intellectual Property Law, Bankruptcy Law, Employment Law, Criminal Law, and Dispute/Litigation proceedings. He advises on all aspects of legal matters in a commercially oriented manner as well. Jimmy is a licensed as Indonesian Advocate and an active member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI). Jimmy is also licensed as an Intellectual Property Consultant and is a registered member of Indonesia Intellectual Property Attorneys Association (AKHKI). In Indonesian Bankruptcy law related matter, he is also registered as a Trustee and Receivers in Ministry of Law and Human Rights in Indonesian from Indonesian Association of Trustees and Receivers (AKPI).

Mario L. Pangestu is one of the founding partners of HDPP, having his specialization in hospitality and property, technology and telecommunications, restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy. Pangestu advises his clients and acts as an advocate in most area of commercial law. He also has vast experience in merger and acquisition, maritime, oil and gas, joint venture and other investment mechanisms in related fields. In Indonesian Bankruptcy law related matter, he is also registered as a Trustee and Receivers in Ministry of Law and Human Rights in Indonesian from Indonesian Association of Trustees and Receivers (AKPI).
