The partner Dr Björn Kruse specialises in defending and representing individuals and companies in criminal and administrative proceedings with a focus on all areas of Commercial Criminal Law. His understanding of criminal defence is focused on an effective and discreet closing of criminal proceedings. Should a public hearing be unavoidable, Dr Björn Kruse has substantial experience in criminal trials.

Dr Björn Kruse and his team also provide experienced support during enforcement actions by investigation authorities, e. g. searches (dawn raids), arrest warrants, confiscations and interrogations of accused persons and witnesses. They also have extensive experience in extradition proceedings and matters involving INTERPOL.
