Anna Zahn advises and represents companies and private individuals in criminal and administrative offense proceedings. Dr Björn Kruse advises and represents corporates and individuals as a Bar-Certified Specialist for Criminal Law. He has significant experience in Commercial Criminal Law related to Criminal Tax Law, Environmental Criminal Law, Labour Criminal Law and also in the areas corruption, fraud, money laundering and embargo and sanction violations. He also assists corporate and individual clients in the context of enforcement actions, e. g. dawn raids, arrests or interrogations, by investigation authorities and also at public trials and hearings. Furthermore, he represents individuals in German extradition proceedings and also in complaints against Red Notices at the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files (CCF). Since 2017, Dr Björn Kruse is a lecturer at the Institute for Criminal Sciences and Philosophy of Law at Goethe University Frankfurt.

Karl Ömer Rösch

Dr Karl Ömer Rösch founded ARKTIK Legal together with Dr Nikolaos Tsolakidis and Dr Björn Kruse at the beginning of 2022. Marianna Kychenko

Marianna Kychenko advises and represents clients in all areas of business and commercial law. Nikolaos Tsolakidis

Dr Nikolaos Tsolakidis is a founding partner of ARKTIK Legal. His main area of expertise is in national and international litigation and arbitration, with a particular focus on highly complex civil law issues, especially in the areas of reinsurance law, post-M&A, international sales and distribution law.
