Marianna Kychenko advises and represents clients in all areas of business and commercial law. She has significant experience in advising and representing clients in national and international court and arbitration proceedings, in particular post-M&A and corporate law disputes, disputes in the sectors of plant construction and mechanical engineering as well as international trade and sales law. Marianna Kychenko also regularly acts as secretary to arbitral tribunals.

Prior to joining ARKTIK Legal, she worked for the international law firm Taylor Wessing in the Practice Group Projects, Energy and Infrastructure and the international dispute resolution boutique HANEFELD in Hamburg and Paris. During her legal training, she also worked in the Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group of Latham Watkins and with Prof Dr Antje Baumann (now Partner at Baumann Resolving Disputes).

Marianna Kychenko studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and Brooklyn Law School (New York, USA). She completed her legal training with the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg.
