Anna Zahn advises and represents companies and private individuals in criminal and administrative offense proceedings. Her advisory activities include preliminary proceedings as well as the defense and representation in main hearings. Anna has extensive experience in Commercial Criminal Law, with a focus on Criminal Tax Law, Environmental Criminal Law and the fields of fraud, embezzlement and money laundering.

Before joining ARKTIK Legal, Anna Zahn worked as a research assistant and later as a legal trainee at one of the leading German criminal law boutiques in Frankfurt am Main and in the Corporate/M&A practice group of the international law firm Clifford Chance. She completed another part of her legal traineeship at the specialized public prosecutor’s office for Commercial Criminal Law in Frankfurt am Main.

Anna Zahn studied law at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University Frankfurt and completed her legal clerkship with the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt.
