Dr Moritz Schwarz advises and represents companies and private individuals in criminal and administrative offense proceedings. The advice includes preliminary proceedings as well as the defense and representation in main hearings. He also advises companies on internal investigations and has extensive experience in white-collar criminal law, in particular in capital market criminal law.
Career
Dr Moritz Schwarz completed the administrative station of his legal clerkship at the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (market surveillance in relation to insider trading and market manipulation). He worked for one of the leading German criminal law boutiques in Frankfurt am Main during his legal clerkship.
