Dispute resolution and Debt Recovery

Ross is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team.  He regularly handles complex and high value cases in both Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland and the Court of Session.  He has particular focus on professional negligence, finance litigation, property litigation, contentious insolvency matters, contractual disputes and debt recovery.

Trained Warners Commercial; qualified 2009, joined Aberdein Considine 2013 and assumed as Partner in 2015.
