FBLaw provided consultations and prepares contracts for a public-traded company in the industry of technology in relation to its plan to raise funds from a company under the ultimate control of a Mainland Chinese business through private placement.

Construction and Public Procurement:
FB law assisted a joint bidder group, formed by an American leading energy technology company and a leading local construction company, successfully obtained an NT$18.5 billion energy project solicited by Taiwan Power Company.
