Mr. Bhavsar has wide experience in dealing with matters concerning cross-border disputes, due diligence and documentation. He extensively advises on litigation, arbitration, foreign investments, trade marks, IT, commercial and corporate issues from both domestic and international perspectives. Has been an advisor to several domestic and international entities and HNIs, including foreign government authorities and foreign law firms. He has represented clients before the Gujarat High Court in various litigations, writs and appeals and also before the Supreme Court of India and has a strong practice on the domestic front.
