His particular area of specialism is in leasehold reform matters. He is a specialist in the niche area of leasehold enfranchisement, and has extensive experience in this area, acting for both landlords and tenants in contentious and non-contentious matters and has considerable experience is leasehold reform issues, acting for individuals and companies, groups of tenants in collective claims, landed estates and housing associations. He also regularly advices in other landlord and tenant matters relating to both commercial and residential property.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, music, cooking and trying to get (and stay) fit.
