Richard has over 20 years experience of family law where he has built a reputation as a leading expert in public and private law children work. His child protection work includes representing children, guardians, parents and other individuals involved in care proceedings. He has considerable advocacy experience in Magistrates, County and higher courts and has been involved in a number of reported cases.

Richard specialises in all areas of family law, including;
