Edward Vidnes

Private client

Edward is a partner in our Private Client team. He joined Royds Withy King in September 2013 and specialises in Wills, estate planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney as well as elderly and incapacity issues such as Deputyships and Personal Injury Trust matters.

Edward’s skills and experience include:

all aspects of Will drafting estate planning and administration (including lifetime gifts and inheritance issues) varying the distribution of an estate applications for probate, including both Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration Inheritance Tax Reliefs advising of appropriate Powers of Attorney including Lasting Powers of Attorney Court of Protection Deputyship applications and management.

Edward is a student member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) having gained a distinction in STEP’s Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation.
