Lauren has extensive experience across a wide range of employment law matters and spends her time advising both local and national businesses as well as individual employees and senior level directors. She is a keen advocate and has made many successful appearances in the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeals Tribunal.

Lauren is renowned for providing employment law advice in the local business community and within the HR profession; and regularly writes for the local business press and delivers training courses and seminars on all aspects of employment law.

Lauren has a broad range of experience advising local businesses including defending employment tribunal claims, drafting contracts of employment and senior level service agreements, all aspects of discrimination, business reorganisations and redundancy and TUPE transfers.

Lauren is also particularly experienced in negotiating exit packages for employees and advising on settlement agreements.
