Mark is a Partner in our dedicated personal injury team. He has a broad practice area, acting for Claimants who have been seriously injured.

Mark’s particular specialisms include:

representing cyclists injured in road traffic collisions or as a result of defective products claims under The Animals Act 1971 and injuries caused by animals generally representing motorcyclists injured in road traffic collisions pain disorders and taking over the conduct of cases from other firms of solicitors acting for the most vulnerable clients, those individuals who don’t have capacity to litigate in their own right.
