Philip is our Managing Partner and responsible for the strategic development of the firm and leading the delivery of the key objectives contained in our ten year Vision Plan to April 2030. Philip works closely with the partners of the firm and the heads of our legal and support departments to ensure we retain and attract the very best lawyers and support staff members and provide excellent service and legal expertise to our clients at all times. He works closely with our management teams to constantly develop and improve the firm’s culture, systems and processes and service to clients. Philip is responsible for the continued growth and development of the firm and embracing opportunities for the firm’s progression either created or presented to us.
