Career

Molly joined Gordons in August 2014, initially working as a paralegal in the London office. She commenced her training contract in March 2015 and qualified in March 2017 into the Healthcare department.

Her expertise is in defending clinical negligence claims in the High Court and County Courts, representing doctors and dentists both on a private basis and on behalf of a leading medical defence organisation. She also has experience with claims involving allegations of discrimination and vicarious liability. She currently runs her own cases while also assisting with high value and complex claims.

Education

Molly graduated with a 2:1 LLB Law degree from the University of York in 2013. She went on to study the LPC at the University of Law in Bloomsbury, where she achieved a distinction in 2014. 

Coming from a family with a medical background, Molly has a long-standing interest in medical law. She undertook optional electives in medical law and clinical negligence as part of her Law degree and LPC.
