Alex is partner in the Mourant international Cayman practice, Global Practice Leader for its Investment Funds team, and Managing Partner of the Mourant London office.
Alex focuses on all aspects of fund formation and frequently advises many of the world's leading private fund sponsors on the structuring and establishment of investment funds, secondary transactions and related deals.
