Senior Associate.

Kim’s areas of specialism include banking and finance matters (acting for financial institutions, private lenders and corporate borrowers), mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence reviews and opinions relating to cross border property transactions, in addition to advising on general corporate law matters.

Currently the Chair of the Isle of Man Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and being dual qualified as a human resource professional, Kim also has an expertise in employment matters. As such, Kim advises on all matters of employment and HR ranging from reviews of contracts and staff handbooks to advice with regards to best practice, dismissals, redundancies and executive level settlement agreements.
