Alejandra Heredia Martínez has been a member of the Corporate/M&A Practice Group in the Firm’s Ciudad Juarez office since 2012. Her practice covers general corporate law, advising multinational clients in their establishment, development and operation in Mexico, foreign investment, and participation in corporate reorganization projects.

Ms. Heredia Martinez routinely advises clients on the establishment of Mexican legal entities, incorporation and corporate maintenance, general corporate advise, corporate restructurings, and foreign investment.
