Ana Sofia has extensive experience in the design and structuring of the processes of private investment, public private partnerships, private initiatives, concessions, and privatizations. She has participated as legal advisor in the procedures of the promotion of transport infrastructure of great scope, as well as the privatization of assets using diverse modalities.

She has been legal advisor to the Agency for the Promotion of Private Investment (PROINVERSION), 2001 to 2011 and Member of the Committee for the Promotion of Private Investment of the Public Beneficence Society of Cuzco, as well as Technical Secretary and legal advisor of the Committee for the Promotion of Private Investment for the sale of sugar company stock, 2000 – 2001.
