Tim Brown specialises in competition litigation which is international in scope and acts on behalf of both businesses and consumers. He is highlighted as a global leader in Who’s Who Legal for his Competition – Plaintiff expertise.

Tim has implemented highly effective litigation strategies with over 20 years of litigation experience. His focus is on both cartel and abuse of dominance cases, and he manages all forms of group and individual action in both the High Court and the Competition Appeal Tribunal, including the CAT’s class action regime. Working with specialist insurers and litigation funders, Tim assists clients to resolve claims via litigation or alternative forms of dispute resolution whilst minimising costs. Tim regularly delivers seminars and speaks at conferences on competition issues.
