Career

Andrew Bullion, a Founding Partner, practices in London and leads the Stockholm office. He brings almost three decades’ of experience successfully litigating complex competition and other matters on behalf of corporate claimants and defendants, in multiple jurisdictions.

Andrew has represented some of the world’s most recognisable undertakings, including some of the largest logistics companies, and has led proceedings before the UK High Court and the Competition Appeals Tribunal, and the national European courts including n the Netherlands, Sweden, and Poland. He has advised governmental entities as well as leading manufacturing, retail, vehicle, and logistics companies on claims arising from competition law infringements including within pharmaceutical pay-for-delay and other infringements, and over one-dozen cartels impacting automobile manufacturers as well as cartels in the metal packaging, trucks, air cargo, freight forwarders industries and more. In parallel, Andrew provides antitrust consulting and has done so for several multinational companies and associations including members of the Forbes Global 500.

He has (co)- authored several articles and chapters on competition law, including: - the GCR Private Litigation Guide:  the chapter on Swedish competition law - Competition Damages Actions in the EU, Law and Practice, 2nd edition:  several sections, and chapter on Swedish limitations law.

He is also a regular lecturer on EU and US Competition Law for the Masters in Law Programme at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, The University of Brasilia, and IDP University in Brasil, as well as for the Brazilian Institute of Competition, Consumption and International Trade Studies (IBRAC).

He is licensed as a solicitor in the courts of England & Wales and as an attorney in the Washington DC and US District Courts.
