With his many years of experience, Anthony can identify the options available to his clients and develop a strategy to help his clients achieve the best commercial outcome in a cost efficient manner.Some of the cases handled by Anthony includea. advising on shareholders'/joint venture disputes and taking actions to protect the clients' interests;b. acting for a contractor in major road works in the New Territories where an injunction was successfully obtained to restrain the sub-contractors and trespassers from blocking the site and disrupting the works;c. advising on breaches of employment contracts including obtaining an injunction preventing former employees from soliciting customers and inducing breaches of contracts of fellow employees;d. advising clients in Akai Holdings Limited (in liquidation) and Hsin Chong Construction Company Limited (in liquidation);e. representing clients in land disputes relating to issues including encroachment of structures, prescription rights, surrender and regrant and adverse possession; andf. acting for clients in appeals to Appeal Tribunal (Buildings) and Town Planning Appeal Board on demolition order and residential development respectively and seeking judicial review of the decisions of the said Tribunal and Board.
