Ramiro Moreno Baldivieso is Senior Partner at Moreno Baldivieso. He is renowned at home and abroad as an expert in Bolivian hydrocarbon law and regulation, international arbitration, intellectual property rights and corporate law. He is a former Supreme Court judge, coauthor of national copyright and hydrocarbon legislation, President of the Bolivian Academy of Legal Sciences, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Estonia and university professor at both undergraduate and post-graduate levels. Throughout his career he has represented high profile multinational corporations and international organizations in complex and sensitive operations in the Bolivian market.

His professional practice is highly recognized by Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500 and Who’s Who Legal year after year. He is presently pursuing a Ph.D. in Energy and Hydrocarbons at the University of Salamanca, Spain.
