She has more than 15 years of experience advising the world ́s global, front-running multinational companies who are leaders in their industry and law firms around the world. She handles their most significant matters as well as their major legal strategic decisions, preemptive support and day-to-day operational issues. Patricia is a Mexican and US-trained international attorney with professional experience in Mexico and the United States. She has broad expertise and has been involved in some of the most important IP litigations in Mexico and in renowned mergers and acquisitions in which the intellectual property is one of the most important assets. During the last years Patricia has brought important IP clients to the firm, including Fortune 500 companies. She is an active member of relevant associations of Intellectual Property in Mexico.
