Main areas of practice
TMT (technology, media and telecoms): regulatory issues, compliance for concessions and authorizations, representing sovereign states and corporations before international organizations, advising content providers for television, radio and digital media, advice on the outsourcing of technology services in the private sector, as well as for the drafting of IT agreements, advice on the development of IT projects, compliance of regulatory aspects of media, advertising, e-commerce and intellectual property in the cloud.

Banking, finance and anti-money laundering: provision of services to Mexican and foreign financial entities and institutions, such as financial groups, banks, brokerage houses, securities brokers, insurance companies, investment bankers, mutual funds, non-bank financial entities and representative offices.

Corporate/M&A: provision of services related to incorporation of legal entities, mergers and acquisitions, trust agreements and foreign investment issues.

Privacy and data protection: BGBG has become one of the leading Mexican firms providing advice and solutions to comply with national and international privacy and data protection laws.
