At SMPS Legal, we are firmly committed to diversity and inclusion. At the end of 2021, our firm launched the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (E, D&I) Committee to promote equality and diversity from both a cultural and strategic perspective.

The chair of the E, D&I Committee is one of our female partners, who is also the founder and president of Abogadas MX, an NGO dedicated to supporting women lawyers in reaching partnership or general counsel positions and becoming change-makers and decision-makers in the legal industry.
