Position
Ivan Gazdić is a partner at CMS Belgrade with more than a decade of experience in assisting clients with the development of commercial real estate and energy projects in Serbia and in Montenegro.
Career
He has notable experience in advising on various real estate transactions in both development projects and acquisitions. Ivan heads the Infrastructure & Projects practice in the Belgrade office and assists clients with regard to project finance, construction matters, PPP and other aspects of projects.
In the energy sector, he is particularly experienced with renewable energy projects, mining and geological explorations, and energy efficiency projects.
Ivan is President of the Foreign Investors Council’s Real Estate Committee in Serbia.
