Senior Attorney

Her main area of expertise is employment and pension law, and she regularly advises clients on all aspects of employment and pension law, and in particular on employment and management agreements, collective agreements and employment by-laws, termination of employment, negotiations with trade unions, cross border transfer of employees, immigration and work permits, mobbing, etc. She has also advised clients on labour law matters with respect to transactions, re-structuring schemes and corporate changes, as well as represented clients in different labour related dispute proceedings.

Ksenija Ivetić also specialises in labour related areas such harassment at work and represents clients in different labour-related dispute proceedings.

Ksenija Ivetić Marlović also advises on matters of personal data protection and general commercial and contract law matters, and has extensive experience in the life sciences sector, in particular regarding regulatory aspects of clinical trials, public procurement, licencing, marketing and advertising of medicines and medical devices, product safety and liability, etc.
