Marija Tešić is a partner at CMS Belgrade, specialising in corporate/M&A, insolvency & restructuring and capital market law and can draw on more than 14 years of experience in advising international companies in Serbia on various legal matters.

Marija Tešić has advised some of the most important players in different industries (telecom, food and agriculture, energy, retail, infrastructure) in major cross-border transactions in Serbia and in Montenegro. She is also highly experienced in the matters of status changes, takeover bids and mandatory squeeze-out procedures and delistings, and has coordinated high profile multi-jurisdictional restructurings.

She also advised on the first IPO in Serbia in 2018.
