Ihor Olekhov is a Partner and Head of Banking & Finance Practice of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang in Kyiv. He specialises in a broad range of finance, banking and investment projects and transactions, corporate finance, corporate governance, corporate reorganisations and financial regulation, compliance and tax matters.
