Aurore-Emmanuelle Rubio is a counsel at CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats. She is an expert in decarbonation issues and in project development / management in the energy sector. Her practice focuses on renewable energies (solar, wind, hydro, biogas, hydrogen), on conventional energies (gas, oil, coal) as well as on energy demand side management (energy savings certificates mechanism).
