Henry is a Partner for the Firm and co-leads the Dispute Resolution practice. He has more than 20 years of experience advising national and international clients in litigation before the ordinary and administrative courts, as well as in arbitration related to conflicts that arise from contractual relationships between individuals and State-related parties

Henry is a lawyer from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, a specialist in Civil Procedural Law and has a master’s degree in Civil Liability from the same University. He currently works as a tenured professor of General Civil Procedural Law.  He was a member of the Advisory and Review Commission of the General Procedural Code Project, created by the National Government and a member of the Colombian Institute of Procedural Law. He is part of the list of arbitrators and secretaries of the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce. He is also author of the following books, “General Civil Procedural Law (2021)“ (Derecho Procesal Civil General), “Nullities in the Civil Process (2005)”, (Nulidades en el Proceso Civil) and “Procedural Configuration of the Tutela Action (2000)” (Configuración Procesal de la Pretensión de Tutela).
