Senior Attorney

Tamara Samardžija joined the CMS Belgrade team in November 2011 after graduating from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. Since then, Tamara has successfully advised clients in numerous cross-border M&A transactions, financial and corporate restructuring projects. She has been providing legal support to some of the most prominent international companies in establishing their business operations in Serbia and in Montenegro, in conducting their everyday business operations, with respect to corporate, commercial, regulatory and employment related matters.

Tamara also has extensive experience in providing immigration-related legal advice to major corporate players in Montenegro and in Serbia.

Since 2012 when CMS opened an office in Podgorica, Montenegro, Tamara has strongly supported all major projects that CMS Podgorica has been engaged in and her legal knowledge and sense of pragmatism are widely recognised among satisfied clients.
