Of Counsel

Jenny is Of Counsel in the Infrastructure, Construction and Energy team. She has experience in both contentious and commercial construction and engineering matters, providing advice to employers, contractors, and sub-contractors regarding contractual interpretation and disputes, drafting and interpreting contracts, schedules of amendments and warranties. She has experience of both litigation and alternative dispute resolution procedures, including adjudication, arbitration and mediation.
