Tetyana Dovgan is a Corporate/M&A partner in CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang Ukraine. She frequently leads the highest-profile English law-governed deals across various sectors in Ukraine, advising on all aspects of these transactions from on the ground in Kyiv.

In the infrastructure sector, Tetyana acted on 3 out of 5 largest infrastructure M&A transactions in Ukraine. She recently advised on a landmark joint venture which brought DP World to Ukraine; MV Cargo on a USD 100m joint venture with Cargill for the construction of a new grain terminal in Ukraine’s Black Sea port of Yuzhni; EBRD, AB Invalda INVL and Horizon Capital on acquisition of a 41.09% stake in Agroindbank S.A,; EBRD on the acquisition of a stake in Zabka Poland.
