Domenico Musso is Counsel in the Public Finance group – Banking & Finance department.

He began his collaboration with CMS in 2022, after serving as a legal consultant for international law firms, Swiss and UK-based banks, and being part of the International Tax & Transaction Services practice of one of the Big 4 in Philadelphia, PA, USA.

His activity at the firm concentrates on assisting leading Italian and international banks, companies and investment funds, financial companies, and asset management companies. AML and CFT matters, as well as financial issues relative to derivative contracts, information obligations, and MiFID-related issues, are part of his work focus.

Domenico has developed strong expertise in Vatican Financial law, assisting corporate and private clients in Europe and the United States.
