Daniela is a Partner for the Firm; she leads the Environmental Law & Sustainability team and co-leads the Dispute Resolution practice and the Energy & Climate Change team in the Mining sector.

Daniela has more than 14 years of experience in mining law and conflict resolution. She is Arbitrator and Secretary of the Arbitration and Conciliation Centers of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota and the Superintendence of Corporations. She has advised different clients in the structuring of mining projects, acquisition of mining titles, national and international mineral transactions, procedures before the mining authority and in the contracting of goods and services for mining projects, among other matters. She has successfully represented clients in litigation disputes and environmental and mining sanctioning processes.
