Jan Peter IJspeert is a lawyer in our Real Estate & Construction Practice Group. He specialises in project development and corporate real estate.
Jan Peter advises nationally and internationally operating project developers, asset managers, investors and governments on the preparation of project development documentation, including the set-up of partnership structures and advising on asset and share transactions and lease aspects.
