Jaap Loman is a lawyer in our Real Estate & Construction Practice Group. He is engaged in providing advice and acting on behalf of clients in litigation consuming project development, rental law and construction disputes. Among other things, He advises on the preparation of turnkey sales and purchase contracts, the notarial aspects of property transactions and due diligence investigations. ​

Jaap advises project developers, construction companies, investors and investment funds.​

Jaap has been with CMS since 2018 and previously worked as an advocaat at AKD.​
