Marcin has advised clients on the development, acquisition and financing of water/wastewater, seaport, airport, railway, optical fiber networks, waste-to-energy, biogas, oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, motorway and energy infrastructure, including hydrogen. Marcin has authored numerous legal commentaries on PPPs and concessions in Poland, and is actively engaged in promoting PPP and project financing in Poland.
